The Week contest: Sleep therapy

This week's question: A psychiatrist in Ottawa was caught repeatedly falling asleep during therapy sessions with patients. If the dozing doctor were to write a book on a new kind of therapy in which you tell your problems to someone who is fast asleep, what could it be titled?
