Five on Friday - April 22, 2022 ~ Easter & Easter Treats, Weekend at the Cabin, Little Passports Subscription, and Smash and Tess Pop of Pink Rebecca Wrap Dress
Happy Friday everyone - I hope you all had a great week! It's been a little crazy for me, I got back from the cabin Monday during the day, and then had to turn around and drive up to Edmonton for training. I got home late last night, so it's a good thing I took today off to prep for Elliott's party tomorrow!
As always, I had to bake some fun Easter themed threats - I made cupcakes to look like bunny nests with eggs, carrots and edible grass. Plus the most delicious Monster Cookies with salted caramel chips and Easter M&Ms! They were so yummy and perfect for dessert all weekend at the cabin!

I purchased everything in this post
I hope you all had a great Easter - we had a fun weekend! We woke the boys up for an egg hunt and then headed out to the cabin for a family weekend out there! As always, the Easter bunny spoiled them with chocolate and treats and they had such a fun time with the hunt!

We spent the long weekend at the family cabin in Fairmont - it was a little chilly, but a lovely weekend! The town nearby hosted a little egg hunt for the kids, we went for a nice, long walk and enjoyed lots of relaxing family time (I finished 2 books read over the weekend!)

Elliott was gifted a Little Passports subscription for Christmas, and we just got the fourth delivery! Little Passports is a kids subscription company that focuses on "play-based science and geography kits delivered monthly." They offer 5 different subscriptions for ages 3 - 8+ and they have 3 different Geography based subscriptions and 2 Science subscriptions. So, Elliott is getting the Early Explorers meant for ages 3-5 and it's described as "discover the world’s wonders, from oceans to art to animals through hands-on activities, games and stories." This subscription is $27.95 US monthly, and you can also add on a book for $9.95 - you save more if you subscribe to a longer term. The first month comes with a little suitcase and passport to set you up for future months. I think this subscription sends you things based one your subscription term as opposed to having a new set of activities each month (meaning every subscriber will get the Animals theme for month 5 of their subscription term, instead of Animals being only the April 2022 theme).
So, this is the fifth month and the theme is "Animals" - each month you will receive a themed package with an interactive souvenir, activity booklet, a puzzle, stickers, and more. The Space theme came with an activity book, stickers, cards, a book, a puzzle and a finger puppet craft set. Super cute!

I have a love for Smash and Tess - I'm constantly talking myself out of rompers and things I don't need, but I have fallen in love with the Rebecca Wrap Dress. The style is so flattering, the length is great, it has pockets and is incredibly company. I already own this in two shades, but this pink screamed me - and I honestly see myself wearing this in Italy and I couldn't resist this! I wear a Medium and am around a size 10 for reference!
I hope you all have a good weekend!
